Trip to KL was a hell lot of fun.
Before we even begin the trip,
Adilah and I had already made the last night in Singapore "happening"
Oh yahhh, note to all Singaporeans.
According to the Singapore hostel community,
Singaporeans are not allowed to stay in the hostel.
No reason given but it is just being agreed upon them.
Thankfully, we manage to get our way and have our bags sheltered in one of the hostel.
(This is how part of the room look like. Just think of a small room filled with 4 sets of double decker-beds. I was pretty amazed)
Then time to fly off to KL, I was pretty nervous.
The last time I took a flight out of Singapore was more than a decade ago.
And when the mumbling stewardess(I would describe her English as a mash-up, bad one that is) was talking about safety,
nobody bothers to listen.
LIKE HELLO PEOPLE, OUR LIFE IS AT RISK HERE.
AAAAHHHHH
So when the plane took off, I felt like I am going to take a roller-coaster ride.
But thank god, the ride wasn't thrilling.
Landed safely.
And that's when the frustrating things came rolling.
We keep on getting lost while looking for our hotel.
We didn;t get any sleep the previous night, so sleepy me is equal to a bitchy-pissed Siti Smally.
Luckily, I've gotten my breakfast.
If not, I would become a mini-monster!
The journey to our hotel fucking pisses me off.
It is located uphill and we wasted so much time finding our way to this hotel.
Lesson learnt: Bloody check where the fuck the hotel is located. like literally how many kilometres away from the train station.
I think I would not want to go back to this hotel anymore.
Even though, it provides me with a really comfortable bed, it is quite far from the train station which is the main mode of our transportation and also because of the bloody hill.
Ok here's a glimpse of our room:
Ok-ok, let's move on to happy stuff. One really happy thing is that I brought my laptop along.
It is my savior in helping us get our way in KL!
And definitely another happy stuff would be the night-life that I had over there.
In the native tounge of party people,
"I partied like a ROCKSTAR!"
Thank you for your night entertainment KL!
If my last night was as good as our first night, it will all be PERFECT without a doubt
:)
And, and.
The other happy stuff would be me getting to eat SUBWAY.
Come on Singapore, make it HALAL!
(The food's too good, and I can't be bothered to take pictures about it)
Our itinery didn't go as what we planned.
We only followed like 10% of it, haha.
Give a miss to Sunway Lagoon because weather forecast says its gonna rain, but end up Mr sunshine was in the sky all day.
Would definitely squeeze one day for that the next time I visited KL.
So our 4 days are basically filled with 2 days of shopping, sightseeing at the KL tower, eating session and PARTAYY.
And not only I brought home lots of new clothes and unforgettable memories,
I also bring lots of body aching home.
It took me 2 days to get rid of it.
I just had a back massage yesterday, and I'm PAIN-FREE!!!
Dear Kuala Lumpur,
I would definitely come and visit you again,
because your night life makes me feel carefree.
I enjoyed it there so much.
You are my best short getaway therapy from reality
Till then,
XOXO
:)
