So last Thursday was the last day of the Youth Olympics 2010 in Singapore.
I don't know why, but deng.. I feel so proud of this small tiny island.
Thousands of athletes flooded here and from the reviews,
we are sure one good host.


I would have enjoyed it more though if I were part of the volunteer group.
But too bad, I guess there would never this kind of chance anymore.
It would take donkey years again for Singapore to held this grand sporting event.
(Ok maybe got chance to host the SEA games soon)



But hey, at least I participated in one of the games.
Satisfying much.
:)



Moving on... Wednesday and Friday night was spend with my TP kakis!!!
Best TP bunch of all time!!

Last Tuesday, I took half-day leave to settle my Uni-Sim admission.

Results will be out in late November,
and I really hope that I would get into the course.
Wish Me Luck.


So then, I meet up with Sunita to watch the movie, Step-Up 3D
I think Shaw has the coolest 3D spec compared to other cinemas.
Like Reallyyy.
Just look at this...





I've watched only cartoon movies in 3D,
so this was my first time watching real people in 3D,
and it is pretty cool.
Well except for this scene, where this lady was literally dancing right smack in front of my face.
I did try to shove her off though, which doesn't make any different.


Overall, the dancing was way way better than the Street Dance.
Their dance moves really makes me go WHO-AH many times





And I am very impressed with the lead actress, Sharni Vinson
She is one hell of a flexible lady.
Must be learning ballet since young.



Best dance moves will definitely have to be the last scene.
The creative dance moves joining forces with the lights were just so good to look at.


One bad thing about this movie.
Well, I know that this is a dance movie,
but stillll,
it is a movie, so the acting must be there.
The cast weren't that natural when comes to acting even my favorite (and I think is everybody's), Moose who played by Adam G. Sevani.
So that's all I can criticize because when I enter the cinema,
I wasn't expecting a fantastic plot,
but hoping to see some incredible moves, and I did.

It is really an enjoyable movie,
and if you haven't watch it, you should.
Definitely more entertaining when you watched it in 3D.
You will definitely enjoy the moves.

I have yet to update on my movie review for the movie, Step-Up 3D.

Ok, so Miss Universe 2010 was crowned a few days ago.
This group of gays from the Phillipines were watching the show live.
This was during the top 15 was being announced where Miss Phillipines was announced last and that's where the hillarious moments happen.
Its around 2:28 sec, so wait patiently.
CAUTION: I got into trouble watching this video in the office, so lower the volume first eh.



And there's one more hillarious video, that I enjoyed so much when I am feeling sleppy at the office.
It's 30 year old Shirlena Johnson auditoning for the UK X-Factor 2010.
Her rendition of Duffy's-Mercy was just weirdly funny.
I think she's in high desperation for mercy
Hahahahah.

Suddenly I have so many things to blog like that,heh

Anyhooo,
just past the weekend,
I watched this movie, the Expendables with Sue/Suni/Sunita.
Two words to describe "Very Man!"

And when I mean man, I mean REAL man who are aging, hehehehe
Hot uh, but kinda scary for me to see big-bodied man with veins popping out.



Of all the star cast, its clear-cut that we prefer Jason Statham.
His talking is "oh-so-sexy"




My favourite part of the movie?
It has got to be the one where Terry Crew(2nd guy from the left) uses one of his heavy weapons to kill the enemy.
One shot, and half of the body was gone!
AWESOME or whatttt!!!
I want to have one of those.
It would be fun carrying that around,hohoho.

My ratings for the movie would be 4/5 popcorns.
Storyline is very simple, but humor helps to cover it up.
The fighting skills shown was pretty good too.
If ladies, are up for any MAN movie, then you would be able to enjoy this.
If not just stick to some boy-love-girl movie yah.

Hello-hello!
Since the start of fasting, I have finally got hold my favourite food of all time, DENGDENG yesterday.
Woot-Woot!!
The tenderness of the meat and the succulent taste was oh-so-sedap.
Can't wait to have more next week, hehe.


Anyhooooo,
One week of fasting had gone, and I have lost some weight.
HAAAPPPYYY.
1.5 kilo ya'll!


But Right now, the red river nile decided to drop by,
and I can't fast, booooo!!
Now I'm thinking of many many food to eat.
Like what many people like to say,
Perangai Budak Gemok siol!


Drastic drop, so I hope i could maintain this weight and further decrease.

So last weekend was a movie weekend, i must say.
I got to watch the movie Salt on Friday evening.
A very twisty plot, but yet entertaining.
I LOIKE :)
4/5 popcorns.

I would have given it a full 5/5 popcorns.
But there were some parts where it looks unrealistic to me,
especially the elevator scene.
She did not get hurt at all jumprong from one end to antoher.
Wth?! Show some drama uh.



Then Saturday afternoon was spend watching Street Dance.

Maybe I watch too many dance shows or whatt,

but I'm not really enjoying it that much uh.

The storyline is way too simple.
Its all revolves around this girl, Carly who have problems in getting her crew together for the finals
Then came prince charming,
who's gay by the way,
eh i mean, a ballet dancer
helping her.


The dance moves was just a-ok to me,

nothing too extraordinary that makes me go WHOA!

But at least this cute boy, Georg Sampson and the great performance from the group, Diversity give me some entertainment to the movie.

So 2/5 popcorns for this movie.


Nonetheless, I can't wait for this step up 3d movie to be out in Singapore.

Getting sick is exhausting.
All I do is eat and sleep,
but my body is aching all over.

I was really surprised when the doctor shows my temperature-37.5
I thought I was just having water-tap-nose,
but fever were the other sickness.
And the sucky thing is, I can't taste the food that I have eaten.
No chance of losing weight from this,
as I still need to get food in my body before eating the medicine.

Whatever it is, I got to be at home for 2 days.
And work will only resume tomorrow.
