So I tried to lose weight last week, and it didn't seem to be working. I do a 1 hour cardio workout 3 times, had fruits and my meals usually contains vegetables. But I increased 1 kilo when I only had 1 fast-food meal.
So when I almost want to decide starving myself, this book stumbled upon me while I was browsing through the books at MPH.Most important lesson learn from this book: DO NOT SKIP MEALS! IT DOESN'T WORKOUT THAT WAY
Since yesterday, I have been doing this diet where I eat every 3 hours and my main meal must at least have vegetables carbs, protein and fat. So far so good, I don't really feel hungry. And I hope this could continue on for the next few days or even weeks maybe,hehe I would be ecstatic if the weighing machine tells me I am 1 kilogram lighter by the end of the week :)
