Yes!Yes!Yes!
I am done with the Customer Excellent Service Workshop.
I cant wait to get the certificate,
something new to add in my portfolio.
heh.
I felt like an aunty when going for this course as i made friends with 2 aunties.
One from McDonald and the other was from KFC.
I wasnt really being myself,
cos their talking topic was boring to me.
Ouh, I only have 4 days to complete all my assignments.
I really want to get all these things done before school starts:
• SIT political impacts, tools to manage visitors, and minimise impacts of Pulau Ubin
• EM Risk assesment
• APEL Reflection
• MRND Media Release
• EM Individual assignment
• MA project on Qn 3
• Start revising for my Media Relations test
Aaaahhh, wish me luck.
