Ok, i learnt my lesson today.
I shouldn't have jogged when i have my period for the first day this month.
Gosh, I was in pain.
The journey from the park and to my house was like a long road to heaven.
My head was spinning,
and my stomach was giving me so much aches.
I really thought I would faint in the middle of nowhere.
But thank god, I reached home safely.
But, i'm still having the tummy aches now
