I am Complaining...


Most part of this post is all about me complaining.
So too bad, bear with me

I have been working the last 2 days,
and i kind of feel the pressure.
Junaidi (my BOSS) been asking me and reminding me to make sure that the next
CMS (ouh, i so don't know the full meaning), he would receive good marks from us.
CMS is where a mystery customer will visit the store and checked on our
cleanliness. hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product, and speed with services.
so, i have to make sure the new staff is doing a good job.

But, but, but, LUCK is soo not on my side.
Nobody is offering desserts.
when asked why, answer is so simple:
"Mmm, no time ah"
WHAT?!so you have the time to talk?!
Damn it, it is not busy at all
Gosh, they talked with each other a lot and
do not bother to clear the dirty plates on the customer's table.
(Excuse me, that's what you are paid to do for)
I mean, you can talk but do have your eyes on the customers.

People, you think i like to lecture you?
i have no choice. your wrong would be my wrong. Get it?
Junaidi won't be scolding but i just hope that we could give good work for him
as i really feel that he had given so much good things to us.
No "dumb" rules" "no scolding""Give awesome food"
what more do you want people?

I am not saying i am doing perfectly well in my job
but i am trying my best to change too

Right now, i have to ensure that the new staffs are taking the orders of cutomers corectly
And i have problems with one of them.
i think i am going to have a high blood pressure sooner or later.
Patience, Fatimah.

Apart from all this,
someone is making my day at work though
(thank god)
but i counldnt really see the person's face.
but this caused some excitment for me
